Facebook and babies?

Something has been brewing on my mind for the last while. My newsfeed is often full of cutsie photos of little ones. I wanted to ask what all the Mama's and Mama's to be thought about this particular topic.

What do you think about parents who upload pictures of their children on facebook, flickr and other networks? Some parents have even created facebook accounts for their little ones, which has sparked facebook paraphernalia like the tshirt below.

Sure facebook has privacy controls and options where you can restrict photo viewing with only your family and friends- but what if your kids (when they are older) decide they don’t want to be on facebook?

Whilst this topic might cause some serious debate, I want to remind everyone of the Sisterhood on the site. Lets keep all debates healthy Inshallah.
