To Leash or not to Leash?

You must have heard of the on going debate parents have about keeping their child on a leash... right?



What would you do? To leash or not to leash?

    Asalamu alaikum

    This is extreme of course! But in everyday use I agree because certain toddlers do not listen and yes it is a safety issue especially in crowded areas like airports.
